Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver major features and architectural improvements across the Add-ons stack, including automated moderation pipelines, Reviewer tools, and DevHub.
  • •Establish and maintain engineering standards across code review, production readiness, runbooks, incident response, on-call practices, and definitions of done.
  • •Create robust observability systems and data-backed insights to support reliable operations.
  • •Improve CI/CD pipelines using declarative, pipeline-as-code approaches to make changes reproducible and easy to review.
  • •Work cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end improvements, including writing technical documentation (design notes, ADRs, runbooks, incident write-ups).
