  • •Partner with production to release products to volume production and implement test strategy for new DCDC converter products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •5+ years of relevant Test Engineering experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT).
  • •Characterization test program and hardware development experience, including production test program and hardware development.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices/circuits and analog test techniques, including data analysis using Spotfire or dataPower (STDF-based).
