Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive category management strategies and roadmaps, including market research, competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and risk assessments.
  • •Lead complex sourcing initiatives (RFP, RFI, RFQ) using procurement orchestration tools to create scalable, repeatable, auditable processes.
  • •Negotiate contract terms, pricing, SLAs, and risk allocation with key suppliers, using AI to accelerate analysis while applying independent judgment.
  • •Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships, run quarterly business reviews with C-level involvement, and use performance scorecards to escalate issues with business impact.
  • •Create executive-ready analytics and recommendations (ROI modeling, risk mitigation) and design/optimize end-to-end source-to-pay processes with strong PO lifecycle and financial controls.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Category Management, or related strategic functions with exposure to Technology and/or Outside Services/Professional Services categories.
  • •BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or equivalent.
  • •Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale sourcing initiatives delivering measurable year-over-year savings and operational improvements.
  • •Strategic supplier relationship management, including QBRs with executive stakeholders and C-level engagement.
  • •Experience with Excel and spend analytics; experience with Tableau or Power BI; and using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) with sound judgment.
