Key Responsibilities

  • •Support countries in identifying and assessing high-potential program expansion opportunities aligned with labor market demand and organizational priorities.
  • •Run market assessments and evaluate employer demand, sustainability, learner demand, feasibility, and implementation requirements for new programs.
  • •Review implementation workplans and readiness assessments for priority opportunities (initial focus on Colombia) and coordinate cross-country best-practice sharing.
  • •Monitor LatAm country operations performance using breadth, depth, and durability indicators; participate in quarterly performance reviews and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • •Ensure data quality and reporting excellence by tracking performance data, preparing executive summaries and recommendations, and supporting remediation and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead or manager-level experience with strong project and stakeholder management in a regional, matrixed environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • •Experience using data and performance metrics to drive operational improvements and decision-making.
  • •Strong understanding of program implementation, impact measurement, and performance management.
  • •Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior leaders across multiple countries.
