Product & Applications Manager - Heat Transfer

Lead the Product & Application teams for Heat Transfer technologies supporting the Food and Pharma Division across Northern Europe. You’ll drive team performance and specialization, improve quotation and quality processes, and develop product/application competencies for sales companies. Partner with product centers and central business units, and act as a playing coach supporting customers and sales channels with technical expertise, including regular travel to office locations.
