Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of sales and related agreements including enterprise licensing agreements, subscription agreements, SaaS agreements, services agreements, data protection addenda, partner agreements, and proposals.
•Coordinate and manage the entire negotiation process for sales agreements from beginning to end.
•Identify issues that vary from corporate standards, recommend modifications, and engage with internal stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, product, and operations.
•Ensure negotiated agreements comply with ZOLL policies and are approved.
•Assist in developing a playbook with fallback positions for customer redlines and train business partners on areas of responsibility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 86,000 - 100,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years of demonstrated experience in a high-volume contract administration department reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, preferably for medical devices.
•Bachelor's Degree preferred; JD preferred.
•Experience working directly with sophisticated clients, meeting business deadlines, and prioritizing competing projects.
•Strong understanding of all legal terms and contract formation, including indemnity, intellectual property, warranties, liability, termination, and remedy provisions.
•Excellent negotiation, writing, and communication skills; ability to clearly convey complex legal issues across the organization.
