Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational support for Global Mobility business partners across assigned mobility activities.
  • •Manage day-to-day communication and ensure accurate, timely execution of case tasks.
  • •Prepare cost estimates and compensation calculations and support assignment documentation (letters and agreements).
  • •Coordinate external vendors for tax, relocation, payroll, and insurance to ensure smooth delivery and follow-up.
  • •Maintain accurate assignment data and documentation in Mobility systems, validate payroll inputs, and support re-charge/invoicing with Finance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • •3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Global Mobility, or a coordination-focused role.
  • •Experience with expatriate tax, immigration, payroll, and relocation processes, including identifying complexities and escalating to the Global Mobility CoE.
  • •Knowledge of compliance-driven HR and payroll administration processes and annual cycle activities for mobile employees.
  • •Strong working relationships with local HR, Payroll, Finance, Compensation, and external providers, plus good Excel and MS Office skills.
