Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with technical customers, embedding with client workflows to build self-improving loops with Cekura. You will automate product insights, influence roadmap through customer feedback, and help establish the FDE playbooks while partnering with engineering and GTM in a fast-growing AI dev-tool environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed deeply with customers and understand their agent workflows, onboarding them and helping build continuous loops across testing, monitoring, debugging, and improvement.
•Automate product insights by building systems and workflows to show how customers use Cekura, where they get value, and where we should help next.
•Drive product direction by turning customer learnings into clear product feedback, RFCs, and roadmap input.
•Build the FDE organization by creating playbooks, processes, and standards for how FDE works at Cekura.
•Communicate clearly with both engineers and executives and translate customer needs into technical and business outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years in a technical role at a dev-tool, infra, SaaS, or AI company.
•Experience working with APIs, logs, dashboards, and customer debugging.
•Comfort with basic SQL and one of Python or JavaScript.
•Strong written and verbal communication.
•You care deeply about customers and measurable outcomes.
