  • •Embed with customers to understand agent workflows, onboard them, and support continuous loops across testing, monitoring, debugging, and improvement.
  • •Build systems and workflows that reveal how customers use Cekura, where they get value, where they get stuck, and where help is needed next.
  • •Turn customer learnings into product feedback, RFCs, and roadmap input to guide what gets built next.
  • •Create playbooks, processes, and standards for how the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) organization works.
  • •Help customers get value from Cekura by combining technical debugging with measurable outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a technical role at a dev-tool, infra, SaaS, or AI company.
