Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project accounting activities for U.S. and international projects, including invoicing, reconciliations, revenue validation, and customer billing support.
  • •Partner with Project Managers to ensure project financial performance, contract compliance, and accurate revenue recognition.
  • •Consolidate and analyze global accounts receivable forecasts and prepare/monitor cash flow forecasts with Operations and Sales.
  • •Oversee and mentor the Project Accounting team, reviewing work and providing technical guidance.
  • •Prepare and present consolidated financial reports and project performance metrics; support audits and SOX compliance with internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification strongly preferred.
  • •12–15 years of progressive project accounting, inventory accounting, accounts receivable, or collections management experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including ASC 606 and percentage-of-completion accounting.
  • •Experience with multinational accounting operations, multi-currency reporting, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
  • •ERP experience (Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Excel skills; ability to read and analyze complex commercial contracts.
