Support HR activities with a focus on learning and development, process excellence, and responsive service delivery. Serves as the day-to-day contact for escalated HR inquiries, administers Workday/LMS, supports program rollouts, maintains course catalogs and reports, and partners with COE to drive continuous improvement. Requires strong collaboration, attention to detail, and effective communication across diverse teams in the India office.

Key Responsibilities

•Support administration activities including Workday/LMS administration, records upkeep, ad hoc reporting, data auditing, and general recordkeeping; identify ways to standardize work and automate where feasible.
•Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries and collaborate with COE stakeholders for timely resolutions.
•Assist in program/campaign rollouts by participating in solution reviews, testing, and knowledge article creation; maintain course catalogue, logistics, and enrollment.
•Compile reporting and trend analysis to support KPI tracking and inform COE of program success and issues.
•Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and propose solutions to deliver HR support more efficiently; build relationships with key stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, applicable certification or equivalent experience.
•3+ years HR experience, preferably in Learning and Development capacity.
•Excellent writing and communication skills in English; multilingual a plus.
•Advanced skills with Workday Learning Module; SAP Ariba; Concur Expense and Travel; SharePoint.
•Strong project, time management, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
