Lead Prolific’s Cloud Platform and SRE teams, setting the technical direction for scalable, reliable infrastructure. You’ll embed SRE practices across the organization (SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, observability, incident remediation) and own the developer-facing platform experience, including golden paths and self-service tooling. Partner with teams to balance stability and reliability with developer velocity, while ensuring cloud security and compliance standards like SOC2 and ISO-27001.

•Provide leadership, coaching, and professional growth for one or more platform teams, fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
•Drive the strategic direction for infrastructure and platform capabilities, including robust management of Kubernetes (GKE) clusters.
•Embed SRE principles across the organization by defining SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and improving observability and incident remediation.
•Own the developer-facing platform (golden paths, self-service infrastructure, and internal tooling) and treat it as a product with a roadmap and adoption metrics.
•Ensure cloud environments remain secure and compliant with standards such as SOC2 and ISO-27001.

•Proven experience leading teams in infrastructure and SRE domains, including scaling platforms and people.
•Several years of deep expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt, Crossplane).
•Experience with GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD) and building reliable infrastructure and application architecture.
•Strong observability, incident management, and reliability engineering practices, including incident remediation.
•Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
