Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Business Credit Office (BCO) tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders to ensure completion of credit monitoring and credit maintenance, including documents review & submission and limit loading/drawdown.
  • •Engage with customers where required.
  • •Support end-to-end customer credit & capital management journey by assisting the BCO Manager, Analyst, and team leads.
  • •Ensure timely updates to bank systems and records (e.g., covenants) and support training and continuous improvement while adhering to regulatory and legal standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Corporate lending experience with strong analytical and credit knowledge.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex situations and align senior leaders.
  • •Clear understanding of group credit risk principles, policies, and statutory compliances.
  • •Strong commercial mindset, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate across all levels.
