Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise a team of Mobile Inspectors (10 to 15+), ensuring inspection quality, productivity, and safety across a geographic territory.
  • •Manage inspector adherence to established inspection processes, including documentation of required disclosures and photos in the inspection application.
  • •Monitor inspection quality through digital and in-person audits and arbitration reviews; provide coaching, corrective actions, and discipline as needed.
  • •Recruit, hire, onboard, and train team members, including skill-based and inspection-focused training.
