Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the site’s primary IT first responder, owning the diagnostic process for complex infrastructure issues and exercising full autonomy to implement system-level fixes or trigger escalations to ensure uninterrupted Production continuity.
  • •Provide Ubuntu Linux and Windows system desktop and server support as well as network administration for the entire company based on the NIST CyberSecurity Framework.
  • •Automate deployment and monitoring of computer systems.
  • •Install, configure, and maintain hardware, Windows and Linux-based Servers and Virtual Machines.
  • •Manage and Troubleshoot Network Switches (Aruba, Cisco) and pfSense Firewalls, including VPN, DNS and DHCP services.

  • •Minimum 5 years of mid-level Linux-related and networking experience.
