Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Oversee opening and closing procedures and educate team members on products and promotions.
  • •Drive daily sales targets and support sales-driven improvements to key performance indicators with Store Management.
  • •Coordinate, delegate, prioritize, and meet store deadlines, ensuring follow-up on daily activities.
  • •Support retail operations including POS system use, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty program execution, and maintaining cleanliness/recovery standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Possess at least A Level / Diploma or above (preferred).
  • •Minimum 4 years of total retail experience, with preference for previous store leadership roles.
  • •Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
  • •Professional working proficiency in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Email, and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
