Longevity Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth (Multi-state Licensed, CA Required)

Provide personalized, evidence-based telehealth care within a longevity and functional medicine model. You’ll prescribe and manage targeted longevity therapies (including hormones and peptides), review diagnostics and labs to guide treatment selection, and document encounters accurately and compliantly. Use a root-cause, systems-based approach to optimize long-term health outcomes while supporting a fast-growing, tech-enabled clinical team. Part-time up to 20 hours/week, fully remote across the U.S.
