Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management of APAC Investment Operations while supporting the wider global Operations function.
  • •Manage a team focused on operational excellence for non-investment front office and client operations, including front office support, onboarding, and servicing.
  • •Oversee and occasionally complete day-to-day operational activities such as trade process management, cashflows, and client queries for pooled funds and segregated mandates.
  • •Set regional vision and strategy for investment operations practices, including systems environment, talent management, and technology project oversight in coordination with global leadership.
  • •Drive process improvement and local implementation of strategic initiatives, supporting long-term growth plans and profitability goals for APAC.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid track record in Investment Operations with broad client operations experience from a Global Asset Manager or Global Asset Servicer.
  • •Proven hands-on player-coach leadership with the ability to manage teams and deliver against goals and objectives.
  • •Experience leading transformational change and acting as a change ambassador in a global operating environment.
  • •In-depth technical knowledge across multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and listed/OTC derivatives.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and legal environments for the regional asset management industry.
