Key Responsibilities

  • •Own site-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for hyperscale data center construction projects.
  • •Conduct daily walkthroughs for high-risk activities such as trenching, crane operations, scaffolding, and heavy equipment.
  • •Partner with prime contractors to ensure safety programs are implemented and deliverables are provided on time.
  • •Track and report incident rates, near misses, and leading safety indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Lead safety oversight during transition to live power environments and maintain emergency preparedness and evacuation/medical response procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years in heavy industrial construction safety (e.g., oil and gas, power generation, or large-scale manufacturing).
  • •Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or OSHA 510, plus First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
  • •Deep knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and NFPA 70E, including arc flash boundaries and PPE selection.
  • •Ability to work full-time on active construction sites and influence site leadership under aggressive timelines.
