Key Responsibilities

•Write high-impact copy for paid social ads across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (hooks, headlines, primary text, scripts).
•Review growth-team briefs and sharpen copy before it goes to production.
•Help shape copywriting frameworks and playbooks used by the growth team.
•Build AI-powered tools and workflows to make strong copy repeatable at scale.
•Use creative testing and performance data to learn what wins and refine the next round of copy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75 - 120 hourly

Key Requirements

•A killer portfolio of direct-response copy written for live Meta and/or TikTok campaigns with measurable results.
•Serious headline range, from clean brand lines to Daily Mail/TMZ-style hooks written straight.
•Performance training: understand why ads win or lose using audiences, angles, and hooks.
•Proven ability to produce many strong copy variants fast without quality dropping.
•Hands-on AI fluency: use AI tools to build repeatable copy systems (not just one-off drafts).
