Senior Registered Nurse - MSICU

Provide and coordinate high-acuity (MSICU) patient care by assessing patient needs, implementing and monitoring treatment plans, and escalating abnormal findings. Collaborate with physicians and allied health to create and evaluate care plans, document clinical information, and maintain vital records per policy. Perform essential life support, administer medications and treatments, assist with ICU procedures (e.g., invasive lines, CRRT, dialysis), and educate patients and families while upholding safety and compassionate standards.
