Job Summary

Senior, hands-on engineer building production-grade AI systems and agentic AI workflows. You will design and ship AI-powered software, integrate AI agents into human workflows, maintain system context, and evaluate code for quality and security. Strong ML fundamentals, deep ML experience with LLMs, and ability to work across Python, C++, and Java in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of the development workflow.
•Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale.
•Contribute to building and maintaining the shared system context, an explicit repository of system designs, constraints, and standards that enables AI to operate accurately and reliably.
•Critically evaluate code (human- or AI-generated) for correctness, quality, security, and performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and customers to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

•Strong proficiency in Python; solid experience with C++ and/or Java.
•Deep ML knowledge with meaningful implementation track records.
•Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows (tool use, planning, memory, multi-step reasoning).
•Experience building production-quality systems.
•Competitive coding background (ACM-ICPC, etc) or startup experience in agentic AI.
