Job Summary

Lead electrical maintenance for ATI’s Specialty Rolled Products facility in Washington, PA within a reliability-centered maintenance organization. Supervise hourly employees, plan maintenance work around production schedules, identify and source critical spare parts, and coordinate repairs with contractors. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment to ensure accurate work scope and efficient planning, while proactively supporting company safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Directly supervise hourly maintenance employees.
•Plan maintenance work around production schedules.

•Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment to ensure accurate scope for efficient work planning.
•Proactively support company safety initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field OR 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
•3 years leading an hourly union workforce (preferred).
•Electrical maintenance supervision (preferred).
•Excellent oral and written communication with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•Ability to lead, train, motivate, and direct maintenance employees, while managing priorities and work schedules to meet deadlines.
