Key Responsibilities

•Develop generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP techniques for financial reporting, risk management, and fraud detection use cases.
•Implement RAG to improve model performance and accuracy by integrating external data sources.
•Manage generative AI model lifecycle through GenAI Ops, including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and optimization.
•Apply generative AI deployment strategies such as pilot programs and governance planning.
•Use Python and machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms to build and deploy AI models, explaining concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in generative AI focused on LLMs and NLP for financial applications.
•Proficiency with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.

•Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to connect models to external data sources.
•Deep knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy) plus cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
