Job Summary

Join the Competitive Engagement team within Value Engineering to help translate customer business challenges into Celonis solutions. You’ll learn from advisors while supporting competitive projects, creating compelling quantitative value narratives for executive pitches and demos, and building scalable tools for the global Go-To-Market organization. You’ll also conduct competitive trend analysis and debriefs with Market Intelligence to inform product and sales strategy.

•Assist competitive and strategic customer projects by engaging with customers to differentiate Celonis and coaching teams on outmaneuvering competitors.
•Develop competitive differentiation by showcasing strategic and quantitative value in executive pitches, product demos, and proposal responses.
•Help innovate by creating scalable tools and methods for the global Go-To-Market organization.
•Conduct trend analysis and debriefs on competitive deals with Market Intelligence, reporting back to executives to improve product and sales strategy.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Strategy to define how Celonis presents its value proposition and support strategic C-Level initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Pursuing a university degree; advantageous if studying Technology & Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a comparable program.
•Prior (internship) experience in solution engineering, management/strategy consulting, product marketing, market intelligence, or a comparable fast-paced environment.
•Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations and motivated to think outside the box.
•Able to approach complex problems quantitatively, work in a structured way, and learn new topics quickly.
•Agile and team-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
