Serve as a trusted advisor to consumers and small businesses by uncovering needs during in-person and phone conversations and providing tailored financial wellness recommendations. Open and manage consumer and business accounts, consumer credit products, and lending options, while consistently hitting activity and sales goals. Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business specialists to acquire and deepen relationships, ensure compliance, and support branch operations (including teller assistance as needed).
