Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Receive’s product strategy and grow the domain to improve how customers get paid worldwide.
  • •Own domain success on business-critical metrics like revenue and customer growth.
  • •Lead and grow the Receive organization from the current 6 teams, including expansion across APAC, LatAM, and MEA.
  • •Collaborate with fincrime teams to mitigate risks of Receive products.
  • •Redefine product positioning, improve onboarding and adoption funnels, and iterate on product pricing and economics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 155,000 - 190,000 annually

  • •Be directly accountable for a business-critical domain metric (e.g., revenue, new customer growth, monthly actives).
  • •Lead 4+ product managers, including hiring, developing teams, and getting the best out of them.
  • •Help cross-functional teams set a clear purpose, define metrics/OKRs, and achieve goals.
  • •Be hands-on and comfortable shipping features as an individual contributor alongside product delivery expectations.
  • •Have experience in payments or the broader fintech domain, including taking a new product from launch through go-to-market.
  • •Launch a new product and take it to market with GTM teams.
