Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer macOS, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server environments using intelligent tooling to reduce manual administration.
  • •Manage identity and access controls including Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Azure AD Domain Services; administer Microsoft 365 and Intune.
  • •Support and troubleshoot hybrid networking infrastructure (VPNs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) and ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST with security telemetry.
  • •Build automated monitoring pipelines to detect anomalies early; create self-healing runbooks and AI-assisted incident response workflows.
  • •Design and deploy AI-powered automation workflows and MCP-based integrations; deliver Tier 3 support and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration with ownership of complex hybrid cloud environments.
  • •Hands-on experience implementing AI tools or LLM-powered workflows in an IT operations context, including prompt engineering, API integration, or agent orchestration.
  • •Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), including how MCP servers are structured and how AI agents consume tool definitions.
  • •Strong API fluency building and maintaining REST API integrations using Python, PowerShell, or equivalent with version control and documentation practices.
