Electronic Data Exchange Analyst - Remote

Process electronic file feeds for voluntary, life, and disability benefits by building implementation plans, specifications, SFTP setups, and feed testing for policyholders. Continuously monitor incoming feeds to find and correct data issues such as eligibility and contract rule errors, applying analysis techniques and escalating when needed. Partner with business teams and vendors, manage requirements and traceability through post-production, and ensure newly implemented feeds transition to clean, accurate production delivery.
