Key Responsibilities

•Financial Control & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to GMG Group finance policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks at the factory level; maintain strong financial discipline across all manufacturing transactions; lead and support audits and ensure zero compliance gaps; safeguard assets through reconciliations.
•Factory Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee end-to-end factory finance operations (month-end close, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations); deliver timely, accurate reporting and monitor key metrics (cost per unit, yield, wastage, variances).
•Cost Management & Efficiency: Partner with factory operations to drive cost optimization across materials, labor, and overheads; analyze production costs and variances; track budgets and improve margins; lead productivity and waste-reduction initiatives.
•Business Partnering with Factory Operations: Act as the finance partner to factory operations, providing actionable insights for decision making and strategic planning.
•People Management: Lead and develop the factory finance team; allocate work, review outputs, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with significant exposure to manufacturing or factory environments.
•Proven experience managing factory-level finance operations.
•Strong governance, internal controls, compliance, and audit management.
•ERP systems experience and advanced Excel skills.
•Data analysis and business partnering for decision support.
