Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and dispatch logistics drivers for supplier pickups, warehouse transfers, and customer/site deliveries.
  • •Coordinate administrative driver transport requests and maintain daily/weekly driver rosters, coverage plans, and shift handovers.
  • •Maintain a live fleet register (vehicle type, registration, assigned driver, mileage, and service history) and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • •Track and approve fuel/petrol spend per vehicle, monitor for anomalies or excessive consumption, and monitor fleet operating costs.
  • •Maintain compliance with UAE road transport regulations and internal HSE policies, keep audit-ready documentation, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in fleet coordination, transport management, or logistics operations.
  • •Working knowledge of UAE traffic/transport regulations and vehicle compliance requirements.
  • •Experience coordinating fleet operations and driver/workforce scheduling.
  • •Experience with fleet management/GPS systems (GPS tracking, fuel card platforms) is an advantage.
  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
