Key Responsibilities

  • •Cascade functional strategy into department business plans and support development/application of HR KPIs across the business.
  • •Manage achievement of assigned objectives by leading the department through individual objectives, performance management, and staff development.
  • •Oversee unit budgeting inputs, monitor workforce costs vs. budget, and support cost reduction/performance improvement initiatives affecting workforce costs.
  • •Ensure effective implementation and communication of HC policies, procedures, and controls, acting as a change agent and guiding area managers on HR-related challenges.
  • •Conduct regular business partnering meetings, analyze HR dashboards/trends, resolve complex employee relations matters with ER team support, and support performance management processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent university degree.
  • •8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management.
  • •At least 3 years in positions with progressively increasing supervisory/managerial responsibilities.
  • •Ability to manage and advise on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • •Ability to partner with business leaders to develop human capital strategies and talent management initiatives.
