Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an expert on Time & Attendance matters and support complex projects, advising clients and employees on employment law changes.
  • •Serve as case manager for employee lifecycle leave and working hours topics (e.g., family leave, sick leave, time tracking, public holidays, working time) with accuracy.
  • •Provide guidance on employment legislation and legal interpretations based on employment agreements and labor law.
  • •Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities, including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies.
  • •Develop and update global internal documentation, proactively address inquiries, and contribute to process improvements and AI-assisted tooling where appropriate.
