Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a subject matter expert supporting healthcare, informatics, Agile, and policy domains for VA applications.
  • •Support the HDM Integration Lead by coordinating technical delivery and managing cross-functional dependencies.
  • •Evaluate demand and intake requests to validate scope, alignment, and readiness.
  • •Advise on data governance and treatment/purpose-of-use considerations, including legal and policy impacts for integrations.
  • •Develop roadmaps and documentation (requirements, process flows, technical impacts, decision outcomes) and support program planning, milestone tracking, operational readiness, and reporting via VA PARS and Jira.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or related fields with 5 years (or 10 years commensurate experience, or 8 with applicable certifications).
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain Suitability/Public Trust clearance (Public Trust eligibility required).
  • •Demonstrated experience working with clinician-facing data and systems, including aggregated clinical data (e.g., VA CCD/CCDA or JHIE-based systems) and CPRS outage support using Clinical Viewer (or similar).
  • •Demonstrated understanding of Agile methodologies and how to apply them to delivery.
  • •Healthcare background with familiarity in clinical or operational workflows, including electronic health record management (EHRM) systems.
