Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain program/project schedules and monitor contractor/consultant schedules, recommending resolutions to the Program Manager.
  • •Prepare cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and financial projections, supporting earned value management (EVM) tracking and reporting.
  • •Track and control project costs, including change management, cost coding, commitments, and accruals across active projects.
  • •Monitor schedule performance, critical path changes, and float, coordinating with contractors/consultants to resolve variances.
  • •Administer cost management/PMIS platforms and produce cost/schedule progress reports with accurate data feeding Power BI dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • •7+ years of experience in cost controls and scheduling on large-scale capital projects.
  • •Strong working knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management practices.
  • •Experience with PMIS/scheduling tools such as e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • •Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting concepts, plus strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.
