Build Team Lead

Supervise a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to meet production and quality targets. Manage the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the center, review mechanical/physical defects, and lead repair or rejection decisions with the General Manager. Oversee day-to-day performance, coaching, conflict resolution, and adherence to processes, while training associates on Quality Control standards to ensure repairs are completed effectively the first time.
