Lead portfolio-level systems engineering for technology investments within RTX’s Engineering Investment portfolio. Identify capability gaps, align technology investments with strategic objectives, and develop roadmaps and MOEs/MOPs while ensuring security clearance requirements are met. Forge data-driven visibility into investments using tools like ATOMIC and Power BI to support decision-making and technology transitions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead portfolio-level capability assessments to identify technology gaps, emerging opportunities, and investment priorities across SBUs and technology domains
•Translate customer, warfighter, market, and business needs into technology capability requirements, investment roadmaps, and executable development plans
•Facilitate Long-Range Planning by integrating technical, business, and operational perspectives into a coherent technology investment strategy
•Establish traceability from strategic objectives through technology investments and transitions
•Develop and maintain portfolio management tools and data architectures to provide integrated visibility into technology needs and investments

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
•Experience as a Principal Investigator, Technical Lead, Systems Architect or System Design
•Strong portfolio management, systems engineering, and requirements traceability skills
