Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver safe, engaging, inclusive gymnastics coaching sessions for participants of varying ages and abilities.
  • •Plan and lead activities that support skill development, progression, and enjoyment.
  • •Create a positive, welcoming environment that encourages participation and builds confidence.
  • •Monitor health and safety standards during all sessions and ensure safeguarding requirements are followed.
  • •Build positive relationships with participants, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service, and support the wider leisure centre team.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coaching gymnastics or delivering structured sports activities.
  • •Qualified British Gymnastic Level 2 or British Gymnastic Activity Instructor.
