Job Summary

Support clients by administering employee benefits and ensuring benefit deductions in payroll and provider files are accurate. Identify discrepancies and highlight errors, and participate in system testing including Internal Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Coordinate with other teams to resolve issues and help set up and test new online platforms to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities

•Learn how benefits systems are managed for clients during the first three months.
•Administer employee benefits and ensure benefit deductions in payroll and provider files are accurate.
•Identify discrepancies and highlight errors on produced files.
•Participate in system testing including Internal Acceptance Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
•Cooperate with other teams to manage issues and help set up and test new online platforms for client needs.

Key Requirements

•Be a fast learner and interested in developing in an administrative role with analytical and communication strength.
•Good English (B2) as you’ll use English every day.
•Good Excel skills (at least intermediate level) since it’s a key working tool for the role.
•Strong attention to detail to track lots of data and work at a fast pace.
•A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, or maths is preferred (or equivalent experience will be considered).
