Key Responsibilities

  • •Bring AI to every surface and workflow—web, desktop, mobile, embedded experiences (Google Docs, MS Word, Outlook, Slack), and APIs.
  • •Lead large, high-priority projects spanning multiple teams and define key technical bets over coming quarters.
  • •Identify business-critical problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and make major tradeoff decisions quickly.
  • •Build AI-platform and AI-native capabilities including agent harnesses/loops, custom agents and workflows, tool calling, retrieval, memory/context management, personalization/tone, and evals.
  • •Ship end-to-end systems across the stack for scalable retrieval over large document corpora, ingestion, and secure handling of sensitive matters; mentor staff and senior engineers to raise the org’s bar.

Salary: USD 231,000 - 340,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years post-BS/MS in a product-focused software engineering role at Staff level or above.
  • •Deep expertise in full stack, backend, or agents/AI, with enough range to operate across domains.
  • •Experience building scalable, extensible systems that support multiple product lines.
  • •Track record of shipping highly intuitive products in fast-growing SaaS with strong attention to detail.
  • •Experience with React and TypeScript (CSS/TailwindCSS) plus Python and Postgres; for agents/AI, hands-on agentic system building (agent harnesses/loops, tool use, memory, evals).
