Job Summary

Serve as a dedicated data science and research partner to Zscaler’s Recruiting organization, translating complex talent and recruiting funnel data into actionable insights. Partner with TA leadership, lead proactive research on sourcing and interviewer effectiveness, and validate hypotheses via scalable, self-serve analytics. Own the recruiting analytics stack and build predictive hiring velocity and capacity forecasting models to align pipeline health with headcount targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner directly with TA leadership to interpret complex talent data, craft strategic narratives, and prescribe actionable solutions.
•Lead proactive research to identify hidden opportunities in sourcing channel quality, interviewer effectiveness, market mapping, and recruiter capacity.
•Validate TA leadership hypotheses via ad-hoc requests and turn them into scalable, self-serve insights.
•Own and evolve the core recruiting analytics stack, tracking funnel health, stage conversion rates, time-to-fill, and diversity metrics.
•Build predictive hiring velocity and capacity forecasting models aligned to organizational headcount targets.

Salary: USD 127,400 - 182,000

Key Requirements

•Strong technical background in data science, quantitative research, or advanced people analytics with high proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
•Deep understanding of recruiting processes, TA workflows, and ATS data structures including Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday.
•Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a history of integrating new technologies to improve workflows and problem-solving.
•Exceptional business acumen and consultative skills translating complex data into strategic talent solutions.
•Ability to manage competing priorities across long-term analytics infrastructure work and immediate ad-hoc requests.
