Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment issues in manufacturing settings.
  • •Disassemble, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment using specifications, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
  • •Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal tool performance.
  • •Monitor and analyze equipment performance data, including reviewing and classifying inline defects for continuous improvement.
  • •Create detailed reports on system failures and update or develop maintenance documentation; coordinate with suppliers and collaborate with engineering for experiments and configuration changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in non-functioning manufacturing equipment using electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining equipment in equipment maintenance, semiconductor manufacturing, or a related technical field (or relevant certification/training pathways).
  • •Experience dismantling, adjusting, repairing, and reassembling equipment using Intel specifications, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
  • •Ability to execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal tool performance.
  • •Strong communication, attention to detail, and adaptability in a shift-based manufacturing environment (including night shift).
