Job Summary

Own end-to-end Shopify operations and lead ecommerce initiatives that balance global consistency with local market needs. You’ll intake requirements from regional teams and coordinate cross-functional work across marketing, product, engineering, finance, fulfillment operations, and customer experience. Manage projects from concept through launch, define scope and timelines, and document decisions and workflows using tools like Asana, Confluence, and Jira.

Key Responsibilities

•Own day-to-day website operations on Shopify, ensuring performance, reliability, and rapid iteration.
•Coordinate website feature and experience initiatives across international and distributed teams.
•Synthesize feedback, requirements, and ideas from regional teams into prioritized plans.
•Gather cross-functional requirements and partner with engineering/software to scope work and manage execution.
•Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch, defining scope, timelines, dependencies, and ownership; document using Asana/Confluence/Jira.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 138,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Shopify experience in high-growth or startup environments scaling ecommerce across multiple regions/storefronts (DTC preferred).
•Experience configuring Shopify Plus solutions and internationalization (localization, currencies, payments).
•Proven ability to coordinate projects across international teams and time zones.
•Strong project management skills to move work forward with the right mix of process and action; agile/sprint planning experience required.
•Experience using Asana, Monday.com, Jira, and Confluence; PMP certification or SixSigma is a plus.
