Build and maintain strong relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging them in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Provide an optimal client experience, process basic transactions, open new accounts, complete service requests, and support credit applications while leveraging digital, self-service technologies and internal resources.
