Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the example and lead floor leadership to ensure a consistently managed, client-satisfaction-focused experience.
  • •Coach and train the team to meet commercial and operational KPIs, using satisfaction tools to identify and act on issues.
  • •Drive sales targets and improvements by reinforcing Sephora policies and balancing service and product performance.
  • •Oversee store operations including merchandising, cleanliness, product restocking, stock monitoring/reporting, and operational KPI delivery.
  • •Recruit, develop, and support the team (including training follow-up, PCR/PIP, leave oversight, and performance discussions).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in store management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.

  • •Advanced product knowledge and intermediate knowledge of health and safety procedures.
