Provide first-line managed security services to keep client Firewall infrastructure operational and maintain zero missed SLA conditions. Configure and operate SIEM to collect, normalize, store, and analyze security events; develop security rules; monitor and investigate alerts; and manage incidents through closure. Use SOC toolsets and forensic techniques (e.g., process/network review, disk imaging) while documenting reports, procedures, and automation workflows to improve detection efficiency and compliance readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed security services to ensure Firewall infrastructure remains operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and routing incidents for resolution.
•Configure and maintain SIEM to collect, analyze, and store security event data, including developing security rules and monitoring alerts.
•Investigate security events, manage incidents through all phases to closure, and write incident reports and update tickets/documentation.
•Utilize forensic techniques for event reconstruction and conduct computer forensic investigations (processes, network connections, disk imaging).
•Maintain SOC toolset operational integrity, collaborate with vendors on updates/patches, and continuously optimize SIEM performance and compliance readiness.

Key Requirements

•Provide first-line support for standard and low complexity security incidents and service requests while maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Configure and maintain a SIEM system, including developing, customizing, and managing security rules to detect and respond to threats.
•Monitor SIEM alerts, investigate them, and take appropriate actions based on alert severity and nature.
•Develop and document incident response procedures and assist in incident response efforts across all phases to closure.
•Conduct computer forensic investigations, including examining running processes, identifying network connections, and performing disk imaging.
