Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide managed security services to ensure Firewall infrastructure remains operational by proactively identifying, investigating, and routing incidents for resolution.
  • •Configure and maintain SIEM to collect, analyze, and store security event data, including developing security rules and monitoring alerts.
  • •Investigate security events, manage incidents through all phases to closure, and write incident reports and update tickets/documentation.
