Job Summary

Scale TikTok Shop’s US Commerce growth by acquiring and incubating enterprise merchants in the Personal Care & Life category. Develop collaborative models aligned to merchants’ short- and long-term plans, partner cross-functionally to solve growth challenges, and provide consultative content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency, merchandising, and logistics solutions. Keep active sellers updated on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities while driving topline revenue and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate merchants to support category growth.
•Discover and build collaborative models aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term development plans while investing platform resources effectively and efficiently.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve key business growth challenges.
•Provide consultative solutions across strategic content, operations, creator/affiliate/agency partnerships, merchandising, and logistics for sellers.
•Update active sellers on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Experience in e-commerce with mixed background across platform and brand/merchant sides is highly preferred.
•Demonstrated track record of delivering and exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Strong team player who is a fast learner and open to change.
•Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
