Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a credible ITDR function in Elastic Security, evolving Entity Analytics and Entity Store.
  • •Own planning and identity modeling for non-human and AI agent identities, including behavior standards, ownership, and lifecycle.
  • •Partner with threat research and detection engineering to focus on identity-specific threats such as credential access, privilege escalation, and identity-based lateral movement.
  • •Drive detection-to-response and containment strategy, using identity-system integrations and automated responses with human oversight for important actions.
  • •Collaborate with enterprise customers and design teams to shape investigation and response experiences and integrate identity signals across SIEM and XDR workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product management or solution delivery for security products (e.g., SIEM, XDR, EDR, identity security, detection and response).
  • •Solid knowledge of identity-based attack techniques and the identity fabric, including Active Directory, cloud identity providers, SSO, OAuth, and privileged access.
  • •Fluency in non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, secrets, AI agents) and how identity threats differ from human-identity rules.
  • •Deep technical comprehension of AI/ML topics including behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, LLMs, and agentic systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills to translate detection engineering and identity concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
