Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of State & Local government customers for Starlink, starting at contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and retention/growth. Serve as the vertical expert in assigned regions, driving strategic commercial decisions, identifying account readiness/risk, and improving processes to scale execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of government customers from contract signature onward, including onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth.
•Deliver excellent customer service by efficiently acknowledging and resolving issues, and managing expectations through relationship-building.
•Collect, communicate, and internally champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development that maintains and grows enterprise business.
•As an account owner, assess and communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks to achieve forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
•Serve as the internal expert for the State & Local (local/regional) government vertical in specific regions and lead high-impact commercial decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency with 5+ years of business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience.

•1+ years of experience working with government customers.
•3+ years of experience working with customers to support a technical product/service.
•3+ years working with State & Local / Local & Regional government customers.
