Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, prioritize, and sign high-value partners across a variety of industries to expand Ebury’s indirect sales channel.
  • •Lead strategic onboarding and integration of new partners into the Ebury ecosystem so they can drive corporate introductions.
  • •Focus on targeted UK multipliers (e.g., law firms, accounting firms, crown corporations, and international trade associations) to grow the network.
  • •Own the partnership pipeline and report progress against growth plans while consistently exceeding recruitment targets.
  • •Provide high-touch customer service and apply deep product expertise to uphold Ebury’s reputation for excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven sales and/or partner management experience in B2B financial services, ideally in an origination capacity driving strategic partnerships and affiliates.
  • •Experience working with affiliates such as law firms, accounting firms, and international associations to provide financial solutions to corporate clients.
  • •Fluency in English.
  • •Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.
  • •A business/finance academic background is ideally preferred.
