Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform workload discovery across business processes, CPU, memory, storage, dependencies, and runtime patterns to determine migration readiness.
  • •Assess workloads for functionality, business criticality, resiliency requirements, and interruption tolerance to plan cloud compute placement.
  • •Plan and provision cloud infrastructure capacity for migration, testing, and production execution.
  • •Execute UAT and production parallel testing, compare outcomes, collect evidence, and troubleshoot discrepancies through closure.
  • •Run release readiness and production deployments, validate postrelease performance, and support legacy host decommissioning. Build automation and document risks and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on engineering experience in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • •Professional proficiency in Python, Java, or a similar programming/scripting language.
  • •Strong Unix/Linux fundamentals to troubleshoot application, deployment, environment, and runtime issues.
  • •Experience with SDLC practices, CI/CD delivery models, change management, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
